As a leader, the key is that your team members are having success, building their confidence, passionate about their business, and yes, they are growing with higher numbers, like Supporting your team with specific ways to improve results helps you become the leader that everyone wants to follow. How often do you communicate with your team? Do you have a system that keeps your team engaged or do you run by the seat of your pants and figure it out as you go along. We live in an age of technology where we spend beaucoup amounts of time in front of the computer screen. You want people to get to know the REAL you! The authentic you! It’s live VIDEO that makes the difference because you have the opportunity to insert your feelings, your emotions, your authenticity in showing your team you are their leader who is there to support them in everything they do. When you are authentic and connect with your team often you are communicating as the authentic YOU and the team will love it. A team wants to know their leader will listen to them, and when you engage on LIVE VIDEO often in your team facebook and are consistent with your team events, they will respond with amazing results.
